I am a registered nurse and have worked in hospice care for much of my professional career. For the past fourteen years, I have been employed at The Denver Hospice. When I began my employment at The Denver Hospice in 2002, I worked as a registered nurse in the field and for the past 12 years has practiced as a RN Clinical Manager. I'm working to advancing my education by taking classes at Colorado State University’s Global Campus. My interest in hospice care is driven by my passion to care for people at the end of life with a special interest in providing hospice care to children and their families and the Latino community.
